x99bd's commitment to responsible gambling
x99bd believes that entertainment has value only when it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. Your mental and financial wellbeing is our highest goal.
21+ age requirement and informed participation
To register on x99bd and take part in any game or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. This is not just a rule — it is our firm commitment to keeping the younger generation safe.
Online betting and casino gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income. Winning and losing are both possible in every game. x99bd always tells players: only place bets with an amount that, if lost, will not put pressure on your daily life.
Spending time with family, friends, and loved ones is always more important than gaming. Remember — x99bd is on your side, not against you.
For players aged 21 and above only
Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any game on the x99bd platform. Be aware that an underage person may have access to your device or account, and keep your login details secure.
Key tools for responsible gambling
Deposit limits
Set in advance the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once this feature is enabled on x99bd, the set limit cannot be exceeded, making it easier to stay in financial control.
Bet limits
Restrict how much you can wager in a single bet or within a set period. This is one of the most effective ways to keep losses in check.
Time limits and breaks
Playing games for long stretches without a break can be harmful. x99bd provides automatic alerts after a set period of play. Give yourself regular breaks and set a maximum session length.
Cooling-off period
If you want to step away from gaming for a while, use the option to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, no bets or deposits can be made.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose long-term self-exclusion. Our support team will guide you through the entire process and keep reactivation blocked.
24/7 support and guidance
x99bd's live chat and email support are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. For any gaming-related concern, reach out to us in Bengali or English.
Signs of problem gambling to watch for
Like any form of entertainment, online gaming can sometimes become a habit. Ask yourself the questions below — if most of your answers are "yes", it may be time to seek support:
- Are you placing bigger and bigger bets to try to recover losses?
- Do you want to stop gaming but find you cannot?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Are you borrowing money or dipping into savings because of gaming?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you cannot play?
- Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or relationships?
- Do you lose track of how much time has passed while placing bets?
Build healthy gaming habits
Responsible gaming is not just about setting limits — it means enjoying yourself in a mindful way. A few simple habits will help you stay balanced:
- Set a budget and time limit before you start playing, and stick to them.
- Play for entertainment — not as a way to earn money.
- Avoid gaming when drinking alcohol or feeling stressed.
- Take regular breaks — at least 10 minutes every hour.
- Spend time on hobbies and activities other than gaming.
- Even after a win, resist the urge and stop at your predetermined amount.
Use x99bd's protection tools
We want you to stay in control at all times. The tools below are available in your account settings. Contact us via live chat for any assistance.
Daily deposit limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you can deposit in a single day. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately; increasing it is subject to a waiting period.
Weekly loss limit
Set the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. When this limit is reached, your session will end automatically.
Temporary break
Suspend your account temporarily for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, neither logging in nor betting will be possible.
Long-term self-exclusion
Exclude yourself for 6 months or permanently. Once this decision takes effect, it cannot easily be reversed.
Session timer
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a real-time alert when the time is up.
Activity history
View your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Awareness is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Reality check
Receive reminders at regular intervals showing how much time has passed since you started gaming. This feature can be enabled in your account settings.
Account verification
The process of verifying your identity and age keeps your account secure and prevents unauthorised use.
Protection of minors
If there are children in your home or a shared environment, keep your x99bd account details away from them. Never share your login password with anyone. Make it a habit to log out after every session.
When playing on a family computer or a shared device, keep the "save password" option turned off. Use your browser's incognito mode where needed so that no session data is stored.
If you suspect that a minor has accessed your account, contact x99bd support immediately — we will help analyse the situation and take the necessary steps.
Where to go when you need help
Gambling addiction is a recognised mental health condition, and recovery is possible. If you notice a problem in yourself or someone you know, take action without delay.
Beyond x99bd's own support, professional counsellors can help. Talk to a trusted family member or friend. Acknowledging your problem is the first and most courageous step on the road to recovery.
Contact x99bd support directly: Live Chat (24/7) or [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Financial control and payments
x99bd believes that financial transparency is an important part of responsible gaming. All our transactions are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
The minimum deposit is just ৳100, ensuring you can play within your means. For withdrawals, the minimum is ৳1,000 and processing generally takes just 5 to 30 minutes.
